Dorinish Island is one of the most westerly in Clew Bay and it provides the most exceptional views; the dramatic silhouette of Clare Island; the Nephin Mountains to the north, overlooking the island to the south is Croagh Patrick. Owned briefly by John Lennon; now occupied by sheep. This is a truly wonderful place to visit.
